All necklaces are handmade to order.
Please allow:
• Processing: 3–5 business days
• UK Delivery: 7–15 business days
• Worldwide Delivery: 10–20 business days

A tracking number will be sent automatically once shipped.

Returns & Replacements
Because all items are personalised, we cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect spelling entered
• Ordering the wrong size

However, we DO replace items if:
• They arrive damaged
• They arrive faulty
• The wrong item is received
